Frequently Asked Questions
The questions we get on every phone call.
If your question isn't here, it's answered on the Parent Hub — or call reception directly.
Getting Started
The Junior Academy pathway starts from age 9. Younger siblings are welcome to trial a session, but our coaching framework is built around the U9–U16 age band. There's no upper age limit on any pathway.
Most Junior Academy players start with little or no club experience. The assessment lane is designed to place complete beginners just as accurately as club regulars — coaches teach from wherever your child is starting.
Yes — a girls-only Junior Academy group runs twice weekly, led by S. Walsh. Ask at booking to be placed in this group, or see current slots on the Calendar.
Yes — a £15 Assessment Lane covers a full 30-minute session and technical read-out, credited against your first package if you continue. See Pricing & Membership.
Safety & Coaching
Every coach holds an enhanced DBS certificate and current safeguarding training before leading a session unsupervised. Full detail is on the Parent Hub.
Junior Academy and Senior Elite players are assigned a lead coach for continuity. 1-to-1 Pro Analytics sessions can be booked with a specific coach based on specialism.
Always. The viewing gallery overlooks every lane with seating and wifi — see Visit Us for details.
A paediatric first-aid trained staff member is on-site at all times. You're contacted immediately for anything beyond minor first aid, and an incident report is logged and shared with you.
Bookings & Payments
Through the Parent Portal, up to 24 hours before the session, at no charge. See the full policy on the Parent Hub.
Yes — 10% off from the second child onward when both are active on the same Parent Portal account.
Yes, for up to 6 weeks without losing your lane slot — useful across school exam periods or injury layoffs.
Yes, termly invoicing is available for club-sponsored or employer-sponsored players — contact reception to set this up.
